Atlantic Salmon with seasonal roast potatoes, vegetables and Hollendaise sauce

Beef Fillet Stroganoff with rice and wilted greens

Roast Pork Belly with apple, gravy, roast potatoes and vegetables and broccolini

Chicken Breast stuffed with ricotta, olives, sundried tomatoes, served with ratatouli vegetables and broccolini

Dessert:

Baked NY Cheesecake with raspberry coulis, whipped cream and ice cream

Warm chocolate fudge brownie with cream and ice cream

Warm apple crumble cake with cream and ice cream
